The Pearl is designed for individuals who have stabilized in primary treatment and are ready to test their tools in a semi-independent environment. We primarily accept residents who:
We recognize that the transition from a clinical bubble to sober living is a period of high vulnerability. Our admission process is built to maintain momentum:
We view ourselves as an extension of the referring team. You will never be “out of the loop” regarding a client’s progress. We provide:
While we are a non-clinical residence, we serve as the operational guardians of the clinical work already done. We ensure:
We provide a concise, professional weekly summary to the primary therapist or case manager. This includes attendance logs for 12-step meetings, house participation, progress in vocational goals, and randomized toxicology results.
We facilitate specialized Relapse Prevention and Process Groups. These are not clinical “trauma processing” groups; instead, they are tactical sessions focused on navigating “Recovery Firsts.” We help residents prepare for their first sober birthday, first Christmas, first meeting with family, and first business trip to ensure they have a practical roadmap for these triggers.
We accept residents who have completed a primary treatment program and are medically stable. We are designed for individuals who are motivated to move from a “patient” role to a “resident” role within a high-accountability framework.
The transition from treatment is the most important move you will make. Let’s make sure it’s a stable one.
Whether you’re a treatment professional making a referral or exploring options for yourself or a loved one, we’re here to help.
