A Partnership in Clinical Continuity

What is your reporting protocol for referring clinicians?

We provide a concise, professional weekly summary to the primary therapist or case manager. This includes attendance logs for 12-step meetings, house participation, progress in vocational goals, and randomized toxicology results.

We facilitate specialized Relapse Prevention and Process Groups. These are not clinical “trauma processing” groups; instead, they are tactical sessions focused on navigating “Recovery Firsts.” We help residents prepare for their first sober birthday, first Christmas, first meeting with family, and first business trip to ensure they have a practical roadmap for these triggers.

We accept residents who have completed a primary treatment program and are medically stable. We are designed for individuals who are motivated to move from a “patient” role to a “resident” role within a high-accountability framework.

The integrity of our community is our absolute priority. We recognize that recovery is a total lifestyle shift and that “process lapses”—such as gambling, financial impulsivity, or social withdrawal—are often early indicators of a struggle.
  • Behavioral Accountability: Our structure is designed to monitor the “whole person.” If we notice a resident drifting into high-risk behavioral patterns, we intervene through peer-mentorship and lifestyle coaching to address the “drift” before it escalates.
  • The Safety Protocol: In the event of a significant lapse (substance or otherwise), we prioritize the safety of the Growth Nest. We follow an immediate, structured protocol
    1. Immediate Stabilization: Protecting the resident and the integrity of the house culture.
    2. Clinical Coordination: We contact the referring professionals and family members immediately.
    3. The “Warm Handover”: If the lapse indicates a need for a higher level of care, we facilitate a direct return to the primary referring facility or a stabilized clinical environment. We ensure the “recovery thread” isn’t broken, even in a setback.
